1 Introduction

Welcome to f4444. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the f4444 website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino, and all related services available at https://f4444.io.

By registering an account on f4444, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the f4444 platform and close your account.

f4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the f4444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, matched deposit bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by f4444.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by f4444 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on f4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the f4444 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify f4444 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

Accounts may not be opened in a false name, using another person's identity, or using fictitious details. f4444 employs automated and manual verification procedures and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds — against any Account found to have been registered fraudulently.

f4444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

f4444 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their Account and use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify f4444 immediately by contacting [email protected] so that the Account can be secured.

f4444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices, including sharing login credentials or failing to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Any activity carried out via your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been performed by you, unless f4444 has been notified of unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

6 Deposits

f4444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the Account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is held in your own name. f4444 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

f4444 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time is within one hour of approval, subject to KYC verification status.

Before processing any withdrawal, f4444 requires all players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the last three months. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending until documentation is provided and approved.

f4444 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests to provide source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Any bonus funds credited to the Account must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived directly from it.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

f4444 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all f4444 promotions unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled along with any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at any point prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• f4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to manufacture qualifying activity, or colluding with other players — will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and the Account permanently suspended.
• Minimum odds conditions apply to free bet and matched deposit promotions. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on f4444 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking all bet details — including event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any bet. f4444 will not void or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error unless an obvious error on the part of f4444 is demonstrated.

In the event of technical errors, communication failures, or system malfunctions that result in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, f4444 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the relevant stakes to the player's Account. f4444 is not liable for any losses arising from bets placed on the basis of erroneous information caused by a technical malfunction.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended or closed at any time before settlement. f4444 accepts no liability for bets placed after a live event outcome has been determined but before the market has been formally settled or closed on the platform.

Casino game outcomes on f4444 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by our licensed game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. f4444 does not alter or interfere with the outcomes produced by these RNG systems.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse promotional offers or bonus structures.

• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment disputes raised through a payment provider without first contacting f4444 support to resolve the matter.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the f4444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of f4444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the f4444 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the platform without the prior written consent of f4444.

Game content made available through our provider integrations remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or software provider and is subject to their applicable licensing terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

15 Termination

Upon termination of an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a material breach occurred, f4444 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full. In cases where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being processed, subject to KYC verification being complete.

16 Amendments

f4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the f4444 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. 17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the f4444 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

f4444 makes no representation that the platform or its products are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of f4444 complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
